Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Project Ownership

• Lead the full lifecycle of projects — from scoping and planning to execution and post-launch support.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and detailed project plans.
• Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables across internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  
  

• Align and coordinate efforts across multiple departments, including Sales, Operations, Marketing, Product, IT, and Legal.
• Facilitate strong communication and collaboration across global and regional teams.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and ensure stakeholder alignment on objectives, timelines, and progress.
  
  

• Maintain high standards of quality and consistency throughout all phases of each project.
• Utilize project management tools to manage workflows, track progress, and ensure visibility.
• Champion continuous improvement and implement best practices in project execution.
  
  

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), project timelines, and potential risks.
• Proactively communicate project updates, surface blockers, and escalate issues when needed.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in project management or business operations, ideally in a global tech or cybersecurity environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Hands-on experience with project management and reporting tools- advantage
• Familiarity with Check Point internal systems and partner-related processes is a strong advantage.
