About Ariana Medical Complex (AMC)

In Afghanistan, private hospitals are the core of provision of health care services to the most of Afghan people. For instance, in Kabul alone, over 90% of the hospitals are privately owned and the main source of health care services to a mass majority of Kabul residents, neighboring provinces and patients from the far flung areas of the country. Health care is an emerging sector in Afghanistan, yet most of the patients in need of advanced tertiary care travel to abroad for treatment. In an attempt to reduce the dependency of Afghans on traveling abroad for treatment, we believe that it is upon the private sector to enhance the quality of its service delivery and upgrade its facilities to address the demand within Afghanistan; reducing cost of treatment for an ordinary Afghan and playing a role in reducing the flight of money from Afghanistan.

Taking the above into consideration, a group of distinguished Afghan doctors and entrepreneurs came together to establish a state of the art tertiary care center in Kabul, Afghanistan – under the brand name Ariana Medical Complex.

The facilities is built on 7000 sqm of land in the city of Kabul and offers 200 IPD beds with quality care and an OPD facility that offers services and specialization in various fields.

Ariana Medical Complex has a total medical care approach and offers a variety of clinical services that range from diagnosis to treatment.

Job Description

• کارگر شفاخانه آريانا بايد خوبترين رفتار وسلوک را با مريضان و پايوازان داشته ،با اخلاق نيکو و حميده و فــــرهــــنگ اسلامي با آنها برخوردنمايد.
• نظافت و پاکي شفاخانه وظيفه و مسوليت اصلي و اساسي کارگر ميباشد(بدون دليل).
• پاک کاري شفاخانه وقت و معياد مشخص نداشته وهر زمانيکه ضرورت به پاکي شفاخانه باشد بايد پاک کاري صورت گيرد.
• کارگر شفاخانه مکلف به احترام ساير کارمندان شفاخانه بوده و فعاليت هاي را که به هدايت مسول شفاخانه،نرس ويا دوکتوران شفاخانـــــه اجرا ميکند بهتر است که از آنها اطاعت کند.
• درصورتيکه کارگر متهم به کار غير قانوني ،جنايي در داخل شفاخانه ميگردد ،اداره شفاخانه در آن مسوليت نداشته و مســـــئوليت بدوش خود شان ميباشد .
• ساحه کاري وتقسيم اوقات کارگر که برايش داده ميشود ،کارگر مکلف به اجراي وظيفه درساحه معين شده بوده ودرمقابـــــل بــــراي اداره
  
  

جوابگو ميباشد. در صورت ضرورت در هر ساحه شفاخانه ضرورت شود شما استخدام خواهيد شد هيچ وقت دراين رابطه دليل شنيده نــميشودوشمامكلف به اجراي وظيفه ميباشيد.

• درنگهداشت وحفاظت مال شفاخانه چون مال خودتان، به امانت داري کوشش کنيد. تمام کارگران مکلف به عملي ساختن تــــــــريننگ هاي گرفته شده مي باشد.
