Junior Data Scientist

One of our clients - A fast-growing AI startup, building the next generation of AI-driven data warehouses, is looking for a Junior Data Scientist to join our core team.

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to the development of ML-based features powering our SaaS product
• Research and prototype models in areas such as large language models (LLMs), anomaly detection, and recommendation systems
• Work closely with engineers to integrate models into production systems
• Maintain and curate datasets used for model training and evaluation
• Participate in internal experiments to improve user experience and product capabilities

Must-Haves

• BSc in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field
• 2 years of industry experience in a Data Science or ML-focused role
• Strong knowledge of statistics, machine learning, and model development
• Proficient in Python and common libraries (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with NLP, LLMs, or open-source ML frameworks (e.g., HuggingFace, spaCy, etc.)
• Familiarity with modern data tools such as Snowflake, dbt, or cloud ML platforms
• Demonstrated projects (academic or personal) applying ML to real-world data
