Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Agent based in Israel (Work from home). As a Guest Relations Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by addressing guest needs, welcoming guests, handling guest inquiries, and providing outstanding customer service. Daily tasks include managing guest experience via Whatsapp & Email, maintaining guest records, updating & maintaining data on travelers, and facilitating seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Guest Relations and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Experience with Receptionist Duties
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
