A leading company in the agricultural sector is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to manage and lead the marketing sector of a variety of agricultural inputs.

Areas of responsibility:

Building a marketing strategy and managing it in practice

Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and farmers, with an emphasis on vegetable growers of all types

Collaborating with the production and sales departments to adapt products to market needs

Analyzing markets and identifying new opportunities

Leading product development processes

Managing negotiations with customers and partners

At least 7 years of experience in marketing agricultural inputs - mandatory

Deep understanding of the Israeli agricultural market and its characteristics

Familiarity with marketing and production systems in the agricultural sector

Proven experience in development Products

High negotiation skills and excellent interpersonal skills

Relevant academic education – degree from the Faculty of Agriculture or a similar field – required

Very high level of English (speaking, reading and writing)
