Software Developer Team Leader (Core Team)

Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead a team of engineers working on the most sensitive and complex issues in the organization
• Help set the standards of development of the entire organization
• Work in real time high scale systems where any delay can be critical
• Work with all other development teams in the organization to help facilitate coding standards and the proper way to integrate code into a complex and high scale system
• Work closely with devops to integrate new solutions and detect and solve bottle necks and choke points
• Work hands-on in designing, developing, testing and maintaining a high performance and distributed infrastructure
  
  

• 6+ years of hands on python experience working on large scale systems and applications
• 2+ years of management experience leading teams of developers.
• Proven experience with developing and maintaining high-scale production, enterprise level systems
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Strong technical understanding of high scale systems and understanding of how different components interact
• Experience with Cloud Environment - AWS Advantage
