Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead and manage critical technology projects within the contact center domain. You will work closely with development teams, external vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end technology projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
• Coordinate between development teams, vendors, business units, and contact center operations
• Drive project planning, prioritization, and execution using Agile methodologies
• Maintain and update detailed project backlogs and schedules
• Identify and remove obstacles to ensure smooth progress and delivery
• Facilitate communication and alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Support the introduction and rollout of new platform features and enhancements

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience managing technology projects, preferably with software or system implementations
• Technical background or understanding of software development and systems analysis is an advantage
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
• Strong organizational skills with experience prioritizing and managing complex projects
• Ability to work independently, manage pressure, and adapt quickly to changing requirements
• Familiarity with contact center technologies (IVR, CRM, ACD, telephony platforms) is a plus but not required
