Senior Software Architect - digital health - AI / LLM

One of our clients, a fast-growing digital health startup, is looking to hire a Software Architect to join its core team. The company develops AI voice agents that streamline administrative processes in the healthcare sector using natural language technologies. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of AI and healthcare, ideal for an experienced architect who wants to influence both technology and product direction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of large-scale, production-ready systems.
• Define and implement technical strategies for AI-powered automation tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with product goals.
• Ensure scalability, security, and compliance in system architecture.
• Guide engineering best practices, including code quality and system performance.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in software architecture and backend development (Python or Node.js preferred).
• Deep understanding of system design, cloud environments (preferably AWS), and modern databases.
• Hands-on experience with container technologies and CI/CD processes.
• Proven ability to lead technical decisions and mentor engineering teams.
