We're Hiring: Monitoring Team Lead – Infrastructure, Network, Application & User Experience (On-Prem & Cloud)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Lead to join our monitoring and observability division. In this role, you will lead efforts to monitor and optimize infrastructure, network, application performance, and user experience across on-premise and cloud environments (Google Cloud and Azure).

Job Description:

As part of your responsibilities, you will be involved in the development of low-level application software, including operating systems, network systems, communication protocols, interfaces, streaming applications, and web-based platforms.

You will manage and operate monitoring systems and ensure high system availability and visibility across the stack.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team focused on monitoring infrastructure, application performance, and user experience.

Operate, maintain, and manage observability tools such as Zabbix, Dynatrace, Splunk, Azure Monitoring, and Google Monitoring.

Design and develop software solutions based on operational needs using PowerShell, Java, and Python.

Analyze system requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.

Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and development teams to ensure proactive detection and resolution of system issues.

Requirements:

Proven experience in software analysis, design, and development - Must

Strong programming skills in PowerShell, Java, and Python - Must

Hands-on experience with monitoring tools: Zabbix, Dynatrace, Splunk, Azure Monitoring, and Google Monitoring - Must

Deep understanding of infrastructure and networking in hybrid environments (on-prem and cloud) Must

Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and leadership abilities.
