What’s in it for you?
- Operation and management of control & monitoring infrastructure
- Implementation and support of automation and orchestration processes
- Implementation of ITIL Service Operation and ALM best practices
- Initiating, planning, and defining monitoring systems
- Project management and ongoing support of Observability systems and automated workflows
- Writing specifications and updating documentation and work procedures
What are we looking for?
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Observability/Monitoring of infrastructure, applications, or user experience
- experience with tools such as: SCOM, Nimsoft, Dynatrace, Splunk, ELK, Prometheus, DataDog
- Scripting skills in: PowerShell, Python, Perl, BASH
- Familiarity with IT infrastructures and technologies such as: Operating Systems, Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), Containers, Kubernetes, OpenShift
