Planning Production & Logistics Manager

We're Hiring: Logistics, Planning & Production Manager to lead and coordinate our end-to-end operations. This is a key managerial role with both strategic and hands-on responsibilities.

What you’ll be doing

🛠 Production & Assembly

• Manage production operations for hardware devices — subcontracted
• Ensure raw material availability
• Drive continuous improvement across production processes

🚛 Logistics & Supply Chain

• Full-cycle logistics oversight — from order through delivery
• Maintain inventory of components, finished goods, and spare parts
• Manage global supplier coordination and customs operations
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations in multiple countries

📊 Planning & Operational Control

• Develop production schedules aligned with sales goals
• Track and improve KPIs — delivery accuracy, lead times, cost efficiency
• Optimize workflows and resource allocation across teams

💰 Budget & Documentation

• Own the operational budget and monitor expenditures
• Maintain and enhance internal procedures, documentation, contracts, and protocols

What we’re looking for

• 10 years in operations/logistics/Planning, and Production Control management.
• Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or similar
• Solid understanding of hardware/electronics domains
• Experience with subcontractors and global suppliers
• Background in international B2B operations
• Experience with the Priority ERP system is a plus
• Excellent English
• Strong leadership skills, data-driven mindset, and collaborative approach
