Experienced Agronomist – Customer Success, Operations, and Sales (Israel market)

We’re now hiring an experienced agronomist with strong field experience, excellent customer-facing skills, operational understanding, and a commercial mindset. The role requires deep agronomic knowledge, confidence working with both clients and technology, and offers a real opportunity to drive impact in the field.

What does the role include?

Ongoing agronomic support for growers using Treetoscope’s platform.

Responsibility for all CS and operational activity in Israel: field visits, installations, coordination, troubleshooting.

Direct collaboration with our technology, sensor, and business development teams.

Frequent travel to grower sites across Israel, and occasional international travel as needed.

Expanding activity with existing customers – supporting onboarding, increasing usage, and driving value.

Data review and analysis – identifying patterns and anomalies, and holding technical conversations with growers based on insight.

You’re the person we’re looking for if:

You have hands-on experience working in orchards (mandatory).

You’re proactive, independent, and eager to lead and drive field processes.

You’ve worked with growers before – ideally with experience implementing or selling ag-tech solutions.

You understand irrigation systems, measurement technologies, and data interpretation.

You have prior experience in AgTech, smart irrigation, or agricultural sales – a strong advantage.

You’re fully fluent in English – Spanish is a plus.
