Vice President of Sales

inabit was founded in 2022 with a mission to make blockchain and crypto simple and accessible.

We offer self-custody crypto management and infrastructure for businesses to safely and efficiently manage their digital assets.

We’re a fast-growing team of 25 passionate professionals, and we’re looking for a dynamic, driven VP of Sales to help take inabit to the next level.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and execute a sales strategy to bring in new clients.
• Lead the SDR and Sales teams to smash our sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify and grow a strong sales pipeline in new and existing markets.
• Manage the whole sales process from start to finish.
• Establish new business relationships and keep current clients happy.
• Work with other teams to maximize sales opportunities.
• Explore new markets and expand our product reach.
• Represent inabit at conferences and handle sales activities at events.
• Oversee the entire customer journey, from first contact to ongoing support.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in sales management at a global high-tech company.
• Experience in a startup environment, particularly with B2B tech products.
• Proven success selling SaaS products.
• Solid understanding of blockchain and decentralized technologies.
• Experience working with C-level executives.
• Passion for pushing boundaries in a fast-evolving industry.
• A track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire a growing team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Native-level fluency in English.
