Frontend Team Lead JB-4290

Our company developed a leading underground mapping solution for non-intrusive discovery. The platforms combine multi-sensor fusion, 3D imaging, and AI technologies to create complete, accurate underground maps that enable confident decision-making for customers across the built world. We transform the project lifecycle for our customers, who include key community stakeholders in the utilities, transportation and government sectors.

As a Frontend Team Lead, you’ll play a key role in both hands-on development and team leadership. You’ll be responsible for implementing user-facing features using React and modern web technologies, while also managing and leading the frontend team — ensuring smooth execution, high-quality code, and team growth. This role combines deep technical expertise with people and project management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain complex web applications using React with TypeScript
• Build high-performance visualizations using mapping technologies
• Work with 3D rendering and geospatial data processing
• Build responsive and performant UI components
• Lead, manage, and grow the frontend team, including mentoring, task planning, and performance guidance
• Own frontend delivery and collaborate across teams to ensure smooth execution

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with React and TypeScript
• 3+ years of experience in a team lead or management role
• Experience with GraphQL and REST APIs
• Proficiency in state management patterns
• Experience with real-time data visualization and processing
• Solid understanding of web performance optimization
