With proprietary tech and a deep understanding of programmatic video, we’re reshaping how ads are delivered to the living room screen.
Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious VP of Business Development to lead our growth both on the sell-side and on the buy-side. You’ll be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing relationships with SSPs, DSPs, programmatic media buyers, and direct advertisers. This is a strategic leadership role that blends high-level partnerships with hands-on business development and performance oversight.
What You’ll Do:
- Recruit and onboard demand partners including DSPs, agencies, and brand ad vertisersManag
- e the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, closing, onboarding, and growthPitch
- and package Streamkey’s dynamic CTV inventory and curated ad units to buyersLaunc
- h and manage campaigns, ensuring optimization, pacing, and KPI performanceBuild
- and analyze daily performance reports and communicate clear insights to stakeholdersColla
- borate with ad ops and product to troubleshoot technical issues and align feature development with partner needsTrack
- industry trends and translate them into actionable growth strategies
- 5+ years in programmatic business development, with direct experience on the demand side (SSPs, DSPs, advertisers, or agencies)Stron
- g knowledge of the CTV/OTT advertising ecosystem, including ad serving, RTB, and video performance metricsProve
- n track record in B2B sales, partnership building, and revenue generationStron
