Operations& Welfare Manager objective:

You will ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming work environment that supports team productivity and satisfaction. You will manage daily office operations, vendor relationships, and lead welfare initiatives. You will play a key role in making Roundforest a great place to work, every day.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in operations, welfare or similar roles
• Proven experience managing budgets effectively and responsibly
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken – a must!
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail
• High level of independence, ownership, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Creative mindset – you know how to make everyday moments feel meaningful
