Role Description

This is a full-time in-office Sales Support Representative located in Herzliya. The Sales Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support, managing customer inquiries, maintaining customer satisfaction, and assisting with various sales-related tasks. The role will include:

Providing Quotes to Customers

Day-to-day communication with clients regarding Orders and Updates

Resolving customer issues including Specific documentation requests and Regulatory demands

Ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer requests.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Customer Support and Customer Service skills
• Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Proficiency in ERP system - preferably Priority Software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
