Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Support Specialist role located in Herzliya. The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting the sales team with various tasks, including managing sales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. This role involves handling sales inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities. Additionally, the Sales Support Specialist will communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Priority or ofher ERP system
• Analytical Skills
• Experience in Sales Operations
• Proficiency in using sales and customer service software
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Previous experience in a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
