We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the development and deployment of a short-range defense system at the MBT Missiles Division, IAI.
The position includes:
- Full project ownership from initiation to delivery
- Leading complex, cross-functional projects at the system level
- Direct interface with defense customers in Israel and abroad
What we’re looking for:
- B.Sc. in Aeronautical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering – required
- M.Sc. in Systems Engineering – advantage
- At least 3 years of managerial/engineering experience in system development – required
- Experience in developing military systems at the System of Systems level – advantage
- Experience working with subcontractors – advantage
- Strong command of English (spoken, reading, and writing) – required
