🚀 We're Hiring: Digital Project Manager & Business Analyst (Web & Mobile)

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the collection and analysis of business requirements from internal stakeholders

- Conduct market research and identify trends in digital user needs

- Manage digital projects from initiation to implementation with strong focus on UX and UI

- Build and track project plans, timelines, and budgets

- Write detailed specifications, including wireframes and backend interface definitions

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, QA, and other cross-functional teams

- Oversee testing, training, and ongoing improvements of digital products

- Manage the ongoing maintenance and content updates of digital assets

🎯 Requirements:

- Academic degree or relevant professional training (Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field)

- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing Web & Mobile digital projects

- At least 2 years of hands-on experience writing specifications and system analysis documents

- Strong understanding of digital technologies, with emphasis on UX and Mobile

- Ability to translate business needs into clear technical documentation

- Proven track record of leading processes and collaborating across teams

Advantage: Familiarity with healthcare systems or medical tech platforms
