Talent Acquisition Specialist

Deloitte, the leading and largest firm in the world for consulting and accounting services, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

As part of the job:

• Full responsibility and leading the recruitment process of the interns in the firm from end to end
• Characterizing a job profile in front of hiring managers, opening a job in the recruitment system, and building the sourcing strategy for the job.
• Locating suitable candidates while constantly working on the LinkedIn Recruiter system, social networks, and the corporate recruitment system.
• Screening of CVs, conducting telephone interviews and holding personal interviews.
• Accompanying candidates in the recruitment process, while working closely with and advising professional managers in the organization.
• Producing contracts and handling candidate applications up to the intake stage.
• Synchronization and cooperation with the divisional HR department in the recruitment and absorption processes.
• Managing continuous contact with academic institutions, including attendance at job fairs, organizing lectures, company meetings, and more

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - mandatory
• Previous experience of at least one year in recruitment positions (also available from placement companies) - mandatory
• English at a very good level - mandatory
• Experience in conducting face-to-face interviews and working directly with hiring managers - a significant advantage
• Previous experience in locating candidates using LinkedIn and social networks - an advantage
• Order and organization skills, persistence and the ability to lead processes and a high level of independent conduct
