🚀 Customer Retention & Support Team Lead | Tech Industry | Full-Time | Hybrid
📍 Central Israel | 1 day remote | High base salary + performance bonuses
A fast-growing B2B tech company in the marketing automation space is looking for a hands-on Team Lead to manage our Customer Support & Retention operations. This is a key leadership role that blends team management with direct involvement in client interactions and retention strategies.
🔹 Your role will include:
- Managing a full-time customer success & retention team (no shifts)
- Owning service KPIs, retention targets, and customer satisfaction
- Personally conducting retention calls and handling objections
- Building scripts, workflows, and tools to improve retention rates
- Analyzing daily performance data and generating operational insights
- Working in a tech-driven, SaaS-based product environment
🔍 What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of experience leading service, support, or retention teams
- Proven success with service metrics and performance goals
- Hands-on experience in client retention and objection handling
- Strong tech orientation – advantage for SaaS or tech company background
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication and high-level verbal fluency
💼 The offer:
- Full-time, Sun–Thu, 09:00–18:00
- Hybrid model: 1 remote day per week
- High base salary + attractive bonuses based on goals
