Ingima is hiring a Team Leader for Network and Information Security in the Infrastructure Department of a leading organization!

Responsibilities:

Oversee various systems in the fields of networking and information security: incident management, implementation of requirements, and project leadership.
Day-to-day management of the Network and Information Security team.
Vendor management.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in networking and information security, including team leadership.
Strong management skills with the ability to motivate teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Familiarity with security systems such as EDR, DLP, VPN, content filtering, network traffic protection, file sanitization systems, and more.
Knowledge and experience in Switching and Routing (minimum CCNA level).
Hands-on experience with CISCO and HP equipment.
Solid understanding of TCP/IP protocols.
Proven project management skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
Good command of English – a must.
Willingness to work non-standard hours and participate in on-call shifts.
