Who we’re looking for

:We are seeking a skilled Import-Export Coordinator to manage international air freight operations, regulatory compliance, and procurement tracking across multiple global markets. The role involves full ownership of logistics workflows, including supplier orders, shipment documentation, and supply chain coordination with internal and external partners

Key Responsibiliti

• esOverseeing end-to-end air export operations primarily to the U.S. and the U.
• K.Managing import processes into group companies in the U.S. and U.K. from suppliers in Europe, China, and Israe
• l.Coordinating with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customs broker
• s.Preparing and reviewing shipping documentation (Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices, Certificates of Origin, etc.
• ).Ensuring compliance with global trade regulations (including DG, IATA, hazardous materials
• ).Monitoring shipping costs and analysing customs/tax implication
• s.Tracking and managing procurement orders and supply delivery schedule
• s.Collaborating with procurement, finance, and planning teams to align supplier orders, payments, and shipment timeline
• s.Managing and tracking supplier payment cycle
• s.Continuously improving logistics processes to support evolving operational need

Required Skills and Experie

• nceProven experience in international logistics, especially air import/export operatio
