Job Description:
- Accompany and advise apartment owners throughout the project stages, up until construction
- Lead negotiations and formulate the technical specification
- Provide planning and architectural guidance
- Maintain ongoing communication with tenant committees, developers/contractors, and tenant legal representatives
Requirements:
- Licensed Architect or Certified Architectural Engineer – required
- Experience with technical specs / Sale Law specs – required
- Experience with tenant modifications – required
- Experience with developers, contractors, or tenant-side work – a plus
