We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Head of Design Engineering to lead one of the company’s most critical departments. This is a senior leadership position that combines deep engineering expertise with architectural innovation and advanced 3D modeling. The role sits at the intersection of design, technology, and execution — and plays a central role in shaping the buildings of tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities

•  Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers and architects
• Oversee the design and execution of aluminum and curtain wall systems for large-scale, high-rise projects
• Utilize advanced 3D tools including Inventor, AutoCAD, and Revit to deliver precision-engineered façade systems
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the design process
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, project management, and executive teams

Requirements

• Proven experience in curtain wall or aluminum systems design
• Strong background in project planning, design engineering, and team leadership
• Proficiency in Inventor, AutoCAD, Revit, and related 3D design software
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex workflows
• High-level communication skills and the ability to lead and inspire others
• A proactive, ambitious mindset with a passion for innovation and excellence
