Radar System Engineer

We are looking for a Radar System Engineer to join our team at ELTA!

What will you do:

• Lead the engineering management of a multidisciplinary radar system, combining hardware and software, from design reviews and technical definitions to system integration, testing, delivery, and installation at the customer site.
• Develop a cutting-edge and complex radar system for clients in Israel and abroad.
• Design simulations and evaluate system performance.
• Develop algorithms and define system-level processes.
• Define software requirements and support the software development teams throughout the project.
• Participate in system integration and field tests in Israel and internationally.
• Analyze radar performance in complex experiments.
• Take part in defining and developing next-generation radar capabilities.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or Software Engineering – Mandatory.
• Master’s degree in Systems Engineering – Advantage.
• Experience with analytical tools such as MATLAB or Python.
• At least 3 years Experience working with multidisciplinary hardware/software systems.
• Engineering experience in radar systems
• System-oriented thinking, strong teamwork skills, and a proactive mindset.
• Experience in system engineering, system integration, or test definition.
• High-level English proficiency (written and spoken).
