Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team at ELTA!

What will you do

• :Lead and manage a mega strategic business project – a mission aircraft – from the planning phase to customer delivery
• .Oversee all project aspects, ensuring customer requirements are met while building and maintaining long-term working relationships
• .Coordinate and collaborate with various internal business interfaces and external subcontractors
• .Manage project schedules, budgets, and ensure targets are achieved on time and within scope
• .Monitor and evaluate project performance to ensure progress aligns with established milestones

What we’re looking fo

• r:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – Mandator
• y.At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager (business or engineering) or as a Lead Systems Engineer in a development project – Mandator
• y.Proven skills in planning, budget management, and meeting targets – Mandator
• y.Strong risk identification and mitigation capabilities – Mandator
• y.Excellent interpersonal communication skills and proven leadership abilitie
