Summary

The Director of Finance will lead Agilite’s financial strategy, ensuring the company is positioned for sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and sound capital management. This role reports to the COO and will serve as a key advisor to the executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a financial partner to leadership on major strategic decisions
• Develop pricing and go-to-market financial frameworks
• Drive long-term cash flow planning, capital allocation, and treasury operations
• Create and lead the annual budgeting process
• Coordinate shareholders reporting and communications
• Lead tax planning and coordination across all legal entities
• Draft and evaluate financial terms for joint ventures, partnerships, and contracts
• Ensure cross-border compliance, transfer pricing, and financial governance
• Collaborate with Senior FP&A to build a high-level financial reporting system
• Oversee strategic input to the Netsuite ERP implementation

Requirements:

• 8–12 years of finance leadership experience, ideally within high-growth or international environments
• Strong background in strategic planning, pricing, and cash flow management
• Experience with ERP systems and investor reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA is an advantage)
• Full professional fluency in both English and Hebrew
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence executive stakeholders
