System Engineer

We're looking for System Engineer for our Space Center at the Missiles and Space Division .

The position include:

• Leading complex system tasks and processes within a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Performing system verification and validation using simulators, hybrid labs, and full satellite integration environments.
• Supporting development, integration, and testing activities to demonstrate design maturity and readiness for launch.
• Guiding multidisciplinary teams (electronics, software, control, mechanics, electro-optics, etc.) in a matrix structure without direct managerial authority.
• Collaborating with international development teams and interfacing with NASA.

What we’re looking for:

• B.Sc. in Engineering – preferably in Electronics or Aerospace (Control track) –required
• M.Sc. in Engineering / Systems Engineering – advantage
• Academic degree from a university – advantage
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in system engineering roles for the development of complex aerospace or space systems (combining electronics, software, control, mechanics, electro-optics) – required
• High-level English – both written and spoken – required
• Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) – required
• Familiarity with Jira – advantage
