We're looking for a creative and results-driven Learning Content Developer to craft compelling, role-based training experiences across departments—sales, technical, operations, and customer-facing teams.

In this role, you'll design and produce onboarding, ongoing, and just-in-time training content that educates, engages, and enables teams to excel in a rapidly growing, cybersecurity-focused company.

The role is based in Israel.

What You Will Do:

• Own the creation and delivery of all learning content—live, recorded, and hybrid formats.
• Partner with subject matter experts to build role-based, outcome-driven learning paths.
• Design training for onboarding, upskilling, and remediation across departments: sales, customer success, support, R&D.
• Translate technical and business concepts into clear, effective learning modules.
• Manage course development from storyboarding to production and deployment via our LMS.
  
  

• Experience in training delivery, LMS platforms and development of training materials
• Experience with course authoring tools and content editing tools, e.g., Camtasia, Adobe and Articulate, AI tools etc.
• Familiar with the principles of Instructional Design and keeping track of relevant trends
• Excellent English
  
  

• Experience in sales enablement or creating content for IT/cybersecurity teams.
• Familiarity with agile organizations or fast-growing startups.
• A sense of humor and storytelling flair—especially when explaining technical topics.
