IT System Administrator

AVT is a global high-tech company specializing in the development and manufacturing of advanced inspection systems for the printing industry. We are currently seeking an IT System Administrator to join our small, dynamic team responsible for managing and supporting all aspects of the company’s IT infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities:

• Installation, operation, monitoring, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, switches, printers, and communication equipment.
• Ongoing technical support for company users in Israel and abroad.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues and providing effective solutions in a modern technological environment, including servers, workstations, operating systems, Office applications, email systems, and more.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft systems and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• High service orientation, courtesy, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in:
• Working in a Windows-based environment and with virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V or VMware.
• Supporting organizations using Microsoft 365 services.
• Familiarity with LAN infrastructure, backup systems, and related technologies.
• Providing support to end users both in Israel and at remote global sites.
• High-level proficiency in both English and Hebrew (spoken and written).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 – mandatory.
• Willingness to work occasionally outside of regular hours.
• Immediate availability to start work – strong advantage.
