Product Management Director – Radiology Informatics
In this role, you will drive the value proposition and innovation roadmap of the Radiology PACS for our Imaging Informatics business.

Your role:

• Drive business success via global cross-functional planning and execution
• Drive product strategy and innovation roadmap based on market segmentation, industry trends and customer signals
• Lead a group of Product Managers responsible for Radiology PACS
• Work in close collaboration with a global multi-disciplinary team, ranging from market intelligence, product marketing, regional business unit leaders, to R&D architects, AI teams and partners, solution delivery experts and cloud hosting & operations specialists
• Collaborate with customers over the entire world
• Act as a thought leader and industry spokesperson within and outside of Philips and represent us at relevant tradeshows

You're the right fit if

• You hold a Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management or equivalent
• You’ve acquired 10+ years of professional experience within marketing - business management/product management/strategy & innovation/product marketing/consulting preferably within a medical device or healthcare information system regulated business
• You have a deep understanding of Radiology workflow & have PACS domain expertise
• You have experience in AI technology and its application in medical imaging and diagnostic workflows
• You have experience in Cloud computing and SaaS
• You have experience working across organizational boundaries, as well as in a global organization across various cultures and departments
• You have a collaborative spirit. Given the significant influence management and cross-functional team alignment, enjoy working as part of a high performing, enthusiastic team
• You have international experience, cultural sensitivity and are self-reliant
• You have a fluent level of English and excellent communication skills.
  
  

How We Work Together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This role is an office role.
