Quality and Reliability Manager

We're looking for Quality and Reliability Manager to join our Missiles and Space Systems Division.

What will you do:

• Lead quality and reliability for the development and production of assemblies for military and space projects.
• Drive quality and reliability from the development phase, including leading qualification for assemblies and systems, participating in the transfer from development to production, providing quality support during the production phase, and leading failure investigations.
• Work in a matrix environment with all project team members within the Missiles and Space Systems Division and with subcontractors.
• Ability to integrate into the project team.
• Matrix management of quality performance in projects.
• Working across various interfaces with local and international subcontractors, business units, and different engineering teams.
• Working directly with clients.
• Combining office work with presence on the production floor.

What We're Looking For

• Engineering Degree – Must.
• Over 7 years of experience in a plant that develops and manufactures electromechanical or electronic assemblies – Must.
• Experience in the field of quality – Advantage.
• Experience in transfer from development to production or in engineering – Advantage.
• Strong teamwork abilities and a broad perspective.
