VP Finance for Food Tech company.

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on VP Finance to lead all financial aspects of the company and serve as a key member of the management team. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing financial
planning, analysis, reporting, compliance, and operations across our global structure (IL & US), while supporting the company’s growth, strategy, and funding efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Finance team.
Own all financial operations, including accounting, FP&A, tax, payroll (IL & US), and cash
management.
Oversee cash flow planning, treasury, investments, and banking relationships to ensure liquidity and risk management.
Lead the monthly and annual closing processes, financial reporting, and preparation of group
financial statements, quarterly reviews, and annual audits.
Build and monitor budgets, providing analysis and insights to the CEO, board, and department heads.
Requirements:
BA degree and CPA – A must. MBA – preferred.
3 years’ experience as VP finance/Finance Director/ Corporate controller in Hi-tech sector
At least 3 years of managerial experience.
Hands on, confident and a leader.
Experience in Priority – preferred.
Excellent Language English skills – both written and spoken
IFRS GAAP knowledge – a must
