We're hiring an Applications & Development Manager – CRM & ERP for a company based in Central Israel.
Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage software development teams, including direct management of team leads and developers across disciplines
-Oversee the planning and execution of complex CRM and ERP projects, including integration of BI components
-Drive the successful implementation and optimization of core business systems in customer relationship management and enterprise resource planning
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience managing software development teams, including managing managers
- 5 years of experience leading CRM and ERP projects, including BI
- Experience working with core business systems in CRM and ERP domains
- Experience with technical teams such as Front-End, Back-End, and QA
- Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Industrial Engineering and Management
