Who are you

Ever After Foods is looking for a skilled Engineer or Scientist to help scale up cultured meat production. Ideal candidates have experience in bioprocess, tissue engineering, or cell culture and a passion for turning science into scalable solutions. 

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize upstream and downstream bioprocesses for cultured meat production
• Operate and maintain bioreactors, filtration systems and analytical tools
• Lead experiments to evaluate new technologies, process parameters and scale-up strategies
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality teams
• Collaborate with external partners to lead technical discussions, trials and joint projects
• Analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings to stakeholders

Requirements

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Biotechnology/Chemical/Biochemical Engineering or related field 
• 2+ years of experience in cell culture or bioprocess development 
• Hands-on experience with bioreactors and scale-up processes 
• Strong technical, teamwork and communication skills 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced research environment
