It’s a smart, insight-driven optimization platform that analyzes tons of cross-channel data and turns it into real-time business actions. This tech is one of the reasons we were ranked by Globes as one of the Top 50 fastest-growing companies in Israel in 2023.

Now we’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Team Leader to head the R&D team building this core product. You’ll be at the center of our most strategic tech and business initiatives.

• Lead a full-stack team working on our proprietary optimization platform
• 
  
• Architect and build high-scale, data-centric web systems
• 
  
• Guide integrations with external APIs (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
• 
  
• Be a hands-on leader: code when needed, unblock, mentor, and push forward
• 
  
• Collaborate closely with performance marketers and product leaders
• 
  
• Balance rapid delivery with long-term architecture and stability

• 5+ years of development experience, including 3+ years leading dev teams
• 
  
• Strong backend chops (Python a must), microservices mindset
• 
  
• Comfortable with both SQL and NoSQL
• 
  
• Experience with React and frontend architecture
• 
  
• Passion for building products that drive business value
• 
  
• Great communicator, proactive leader, clean coder
