As a Developer In The R&D Team, You Will Have The Unique Opportunity To Shape And Create Novidea’s Product, Built On The Force.com Platform. In This Position, You Will

• Design and develop products in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, React/Angular Object Oriented Programming language, Apex and related technologies.
• Object and entity modelling on Force.com platform.
• Write create & clean effective code for simple or complex user tasks.
• Work in an agile, rapid development and prototyping environment where effective communication is essential.
• Contribute to building a positive, can-do, high-performance environment
• e2e development full cycle - ownership of tasks, from discovery and involvement in requirements to quality assurance and final deployment.
• Involved in gathering customer feedback and resolving bugs to improve product functionality and user experience.
  
  

What You’ll Do

As a developer in the R&D team, you will:

• Lead End-to-End Features: Own features from discovery through to deployment and customer support, working closely with customers and the product team.
• Develop E2E Solutions: Design and implement scalable, effective solutions for both simple and complex user needs.
• Collaborate and Communicate: Work in an agile environment, gathering customer feedback, resolving bugs, and improving product functionality.
• Full Development Cycle Ownership: Manage all stages of development, from coding to testing and deployment, ensuring high-quality solutions.
• Foster Team Environment: Contribute to a positive, high-performance culture focused on delivering impactful results.
• Learn, Lead, and Share Knowledge: Continuously grow your skills, take on leadership opportunities, and share expertise to help elevate the team’s capabilities.
  
  

What You Bring

• 3-5 years of experience in software development.
• Experience with JavaScript libraries such as Angular, React.
• Experience building web-based user interfaces, with deep knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Experience with object-oriented design patterns & experience with OO languages (Java, Ruby, Python, Scala, etc.).
• Good Data Structure and Algorithms experience.
• Experience with and knowledge of relational databases.
• Experience and desire to work within a fast-paced, iterative development environment.
• Education: Bachelor's degree, specializing in computer science or similar engineering discipline.
• Language skills: Fluent in Hebrew & English
