Communication & Multimedia Team Leader

We're looking for a Team Leader to manage and lead the Communication and Multimedia team at a leading defense company located in Netanya.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead improvement and optimization programs in the fields of communication and multimedia, including communication hubs, conference rooms, and operations centers.
• Own and standardize multimedia systems across the division, including work meetings with suppliers, customers, and manufacturers.
• Manage communication equipment inventory, including upgrades of network nodes and hubs.
• Lead projects while ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

Requirements:

• Practical Engineer or B.Sc. in a relevant field.
• Cisco CCNA certification.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in communication and multimedia in a large organization.
• At least 2 years of proven experience managing teams and leading multidisciplinary projects.
• Experience with conference room systems such as Logitech and Cisco.
• Experience configuring Cisco and Arista communication equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong documentation skills and the ability to define workflows and controls to ensure team targets are met.
