Systems Analysis Engineer

We're looking for a Structural & Systems Analysis Engineer for our Engineering & Systems Directorate at IAI’s Missile & Space Systems Division.

What will you do:

• Performing dynamic and static analyses of structures and systems
• Interpreting environmental requirements from project specifications and defining loads
• Building finite element models (MSC NASTRAN)
• Conducting experiments to validate simulations
• Analyzing test results and extracting mechanical, structural, and system-level insights
• Writing comprehensive analysis summary reports
• Investigating failures and recommending design improvements
• Supporting mechanical engineers with design validation and approvals

What we’re looking for:

• BSc in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Aeronautical Engineering – required
• 2–5 years of experience in strength and dynamic analysis using finite element methods, including manual calculations – required
• Experience with PATRAN, NASTRAN, and APEX software – significant advantage
• Experience in time-domain and frequency-domain structural dynamics – advantage
• Proven ability to conduct and analyze mechanical tests
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analysis tools
• Good command of English – required
