Quality Team Leader

We are looking for a Quality Team Leader to join the Missile & Space Systems Division at IAI.

What will you do:

• Professional leadership and responsibility for all quality aspects throughout development, testing, production, suppliers, delivery, and customer support phases
• Participation in design reviews and definition of quality requirements across all project levels, and tracking their implementation
• Involvement in design validation and system qualification processes
• Responding to RFPs, preparing Quality Assurance Plans (QAP), leading investigations, and managing quality aspects with subcontractors
• Leading continuous improvement processes across various disciplines
• Managing a team of 2 quality engineers
• Providing cross-organizational support for development quality issues
• Acting as a subject matter expert with broad professional understanding and decision-making capability
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

What we’re looking for:

• BSc in Electrical/Electronics Engineering /Materials Engineering /Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering – required
• MSc in Quality Assurance & Reliability – advantage
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Quality Engineer/Manager, including work with customers and subcontractors, domestic and international – required
• Management experience – advantage
• Familiarity with AS9100D standard and its implementation in military systems – advantage
• CQE certification – advantage
• Willingness to travel abroad
• Strong command of English – required
