We are hiring a Software Development Manager for a project-based tech company located in the center of Israel.

Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage software development teams working on diverse, client-facing projects

-Drive end-to-end development processes, from architecture to deployment

-Conduct high-quality code reviews and enforce best practices

-Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support to developers

-Maintain a strong focus on clean, efficient, and maintainable code

Requirements:

10 years of experience with Python
3 years of experience managing development teams of at least 5 developers
Familiarity with Vue.js
Experience performing high-level code reviews
Background in project-based or delivery-focused companies – an advantage
