Quality Engineer – R&D

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join the Missile & Space Systems Division at IAI.

The position includes:

• Responsibility for all quality aspects throughout development, testing, production, suppliers, delivery, and customer support phases
• Participation in design reviews and definition of quality requirements at all project levels, including tracking their implementation
• Involvement in design validation and system qualification processes
• Responding to RFPs, leading investigations, and managing quality activities with subcontractors
• Leading continuous improvement processes across various disciplines
• End-to-end quality responsibility for the product – from proposal stage to delivery and customer support

What we’re looking for:

• BSc in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Electrical/Electronics Engineering – required
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a quality engineer/manager, working with customers and subcontractors in Israel and/or abroad – required
• MSc in Quality Assurance and Reliability / CQE certification – advantage
• Experience as a quality manager in R&D projects – advantage
• Strong command of English – required
• Familiarity with AS9100D and its implementation in military systems – advantage
• Experience with defense-related projects and knowledge of military standards – advantage
• Willingness to travel abroad
