We are hiring an FPGA Department Manager for a leading defense organization located in Central Israel.
Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage a team of FPGA engineers through all phases of development, from design to implementation and testing
-Oversee the planning and execution of FPGA development projects, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with quality standards
-Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing
-Ensure efficient use of development tools and methodologies, including simulation and verification environments
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in logic design development in the Embedded field
- Experience in managing a development team
- Familiarity with hardware description languages (VHDL)
- Experience working with ModelSim and Xilinx / Altera components
- B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
