DevOps Manager

We are looking for a tech-driven and visionary DevOps Team Lead to own the evolution of our cloud infrastructure. In this role, you’ll build, mentor, and scale a top-performing team while driving high-impact, client-facing projects and championing AI-powered innovation across our cloud solutions. What You’ll Do:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of skilled DevOps engineers, driving technical growth, collaboration, and delivery excellence.
• Take full ownership of complex, large-scale AWS infrastructure projects, including architecting and deploying scalable environments from the ground up, enabling global redundancy through multi-region, high-availability setups, and delivering production-grade observability platforms with centralized, real-time monitoring, while continuously pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in modern cloud engineering.
• Hire, guide, and develop team members by building clear onboarding, training, and career growth paths.
• Design and implement cloud architectures from the ground up, tailored to customer needs and optimized for reliability and efficiency.
• Proactively address infrastructure and deployment challenges, resolving bottlenecks and reducing complexity.
• Introduce and leverage AI-driven solutions to automate processes, enhance decision-making, and improve delivery speed.
• Champion technical innovation by leading continuous research into new technologies and methodologies, and promoting a culture of experimentation and learning.
• Build and refine CI/CD methodologies, observability stacks, and IaC tools to ensure seamless deployments and real-time insights.
• Champion technical excellence and be the technical authority, guiding your team and customers in navigating complex technical scenarios.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Account Managers, Engineers, and Leadership) to ensure high-impact, value-driven outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience as a hands-on DevOps Engineer in production environments.
• At least 1 year of experience leading DevOps teams as a manager or team lead.
• Proven experience with AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes, and IaC Tools (e.g, Terraform, Helm).
• Proven experience with CI/CD tools and methodologies (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitOps).
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, and observability tools (e.g., OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to own issues end-to-end.
• Proficient in Python or JavaScript (or equivalent) at a scripting level.
• Familiarity with tools like Cursor, Windsurf, and Aider.
• Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases.
• Solid understanding of networking and infrastructure fundamentals.
• Background in securing cloud environments (e.g., VPN, WAF, DDoS protection, static code analysis, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
