Technology Transfer Manager

We are looking for a Technology Transfer Manager to join the MISGAV Division at the ELTA Group!

What you'll be doing:

• Managing the transfer of technological knowledge from ELTA’s development and production teams, as well as from other companies, to the customer
• Providing ongoing support to customers, including handling faults and responding to client requests
• Overseeing and monitoring processes involving subcontractors in Israel and abroad, with a focus on production support and quality control
• Working in a matrix structure with multiple disciplines, interfacing with development, engineering, procurement, and more
• Representing the project and working directly with international clients – includes international travel
• Operating within a project-based team
• Supporting business development efforts and promoting future contracts with clients

What We're Looking For:

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management or Technology Management – Mandatory
• At least 2 years of experience in project management within manufacturing – Mandatory
• At least 2 years of experience managing projects with international clients – Advantage
• Experience working with air defense systems during military service – Significant Advantage
• Previous experience as a project/business manager, customer support, ILS, or maintenance –Significant Advantage
• Willingness to travel abroad 3–4 times per year – Mandatory
• High-level English – Mandatory
