The Consumer Insights & Analytics division offers expert advisory services and comprehensive reporting to Revuze’s key strategic clients, addressing their most complex and critical business challenges.
The Head of Consumer Insights & Analytics is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the consumer insights and data analytics team, playing a crucial role in raising the quality and impact of research outputs and delivering deeper, clearer insights.
The ideal candidate combines the analytical precision of a data analyst with the strategic perspective of a market researcher, with proven experience handling both structured and unstructured data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor, lead, and develop the consumer insights and data analytics team, tracking progress and fostering growth opportunities.
- Participate in report scoping sessions to define project briefs and present final results to multinational clients.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Pre-Sales teams to create compelling content that highlights Revuze’s value proposition.
- Ensure all research deliverables align with client expectations and project requirements.
- Translate complex data into clear, concise reports and communicate insights effectively to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Support the design and deployment of innovative research methodologies.
- Produce high-quality written reports.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in a direct managerial role – essential
- Proven experience in research institutes or market research – essential
- Native or near-native fluency in English, both spoken and written – essential
- Hands-on proficiency with Advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI or Tableau – essential
- Extensive experience in qualitative and quantitative market research, including surveys, social listening, focus groups, and review analysis, with strong knowledge of market research models and AI-enhanced tools.
- Exceptional ability to tell compelling stories through data.
- Creative and analytical mindset with the skill to simplify complex concepts into engaging and visually appealing presentations.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-driven with confidence to perform under pressure.
