Job Title: Strategy & Operations Analyst II

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel (Hybrid/Onsite as needed)

Duration: 5 Months and 30 Days (Contract)

Compensation: Up to $30 USD per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Strategy & Operations Analyst II to support product and strategic initiatives for a leading Security Technology Group. This role will be central in driving operational efficiency, delivering actionable insights, and helping leadership make data-driven business decisions.

As part of the Strategy & Operations team, you will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure alignment between business needs and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic business partner to Product teams within the Security division
• Perform detailed data analysis and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Drive operational execution for product initiatives and strategic projects
• Develop, track, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Use business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau or equivalent) to create dashboards and executive reports
• Support cross-functional communication and alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance
• Identify process optimization opportunities and propose improvements
• Summarize data insights for senior leadership and key stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in consulting, business operations, strategy, or a similar analytical role
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (including pivot tables, v-lookup, etc.)
• Experience with Tableau or a comparable Business Intelligence (BI) tool
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets and communicate insights clearly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively cross-functionally and across all levels of an organization
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a sense of urgency and ownership
