This role drives operational delivery for product and strategic initiatives across the Security business. you will serve as a trusted advisor to Security division. You will work closely with major stakeholders within Product Management, Product Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance organizations.

As a Strategy & Operations Analyst II, you will be responsible for:

- Serving as a business partner to the Security division’s product teams.

- Making data-informed strategic decisions by performing data analysis, proposing recommendations, and driving actions to cross-functional teams across the company, enhancing understanding and bridging gaps

- Influencing the business towards proactive and better decision-making and process optimization

- Collaborating with product management to develop and track progress of key performance indicators

- Partnering with relevant cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that market needs are met

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will have:

- BA or BS degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, or other related field

- 4+ years of experience in consulting, business operations/strategy, or other analytical role

- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including experience with pivot tables, v-lookup, formatting, etc.

- Experience with Tableau (or comparable business intelligence tool)

- An entrepreneurial mindset and a sense of urgency

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to find trends and insights in large datasets and succinctly summarize findings for executive reporting

- Ability to work cross-functionally and interact effectively with all levels of the organization
